What we build
The build and integrations below are the implementation scope. We confirm account access and technical fit with you, configure the agreed connections and test them before handoff.
We agree on page structure, content volume, revision rounds, connection methods, usage limits and actual dates in your signed service order. Online checkout, ordering, custom apps, migrations and advanced integrations need their own written scope.
Keep it useful
Maintenance is agreed one month at a time. Each period needs written acceptance and its own payment; it does not renew or charge automatically.
Hosting, applicable security updates and uptime checks within the agreed service scope.
Agreed updates to product photos, prices, hours and seasonal content, plus assistant knowledge changes when your business information changes.
A monthly report on available traffic, top pages, captured leads and unanswered visitor questions, with a practical list of improvements. Reporting depends on approved analytics and working data connections.
You stay in control
We set up the workflow around your business and the decisions you want to make.
Follow-ups, review responses and welcome messages stay as drafts until you approve the exact text. Connecting an account does not authorize messages to be sent on your behalf.
The assistant is configured around your approved public business information. AI can make mistakes, so we test its answers and provide a human follow-up path. We do not promise instant responses, perfect answers, search rankings or sales.
Your leads are your business data. We use them to deliver your agreed service, with access controls and usage limits. We don't sell them or reuse them to market for another client.
Before we begin
Your approved services, prices, hours, contact details, brand files and usable content, plus access to the accounts needed for your project. You keep ownership of your accounts and grant appropriate access. Don't send passwords or payment details through the inquiry form.
Standard hosting is included in monthly care. Domain registration, paid scheduler or email plans, extra AI usage, payment-processing fees, advertising and other paid third-party services are separate unless expressly included in your order. We disclose additional costs and get written approval before adding them.
The founding website build is $495. Maintenance is $79 for each separately accepted month. Your order sets payment milestones and the maintenance start date. No subscription or automatic renewal is created by an inquiry. Applicable tax and any approved extra costs are disclosed before payment.
Cancellation takes effect when we receive it. We reconcile completed work and authorized unavoidable expenses, itemize the result, and initiate any unused or unearned prepaid refund within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. See our cancellation and refund policy. Your order also covers account access, files and the hosting handoff when care ends.
This is a separate website offer. Fruition's content packages start at $795 per month for an agreed content scope. Video production, ongoing social content and custom apps are quoted separately from the Founding Website.
A full support inbox, WhatsApp, online ordering and payments, reviews across more platforms, or a Spanish-language site can be discussed as separately scoped upgrades. They're not included in the founding rate unless your order expressly says so.
