03 · Rebuild

Community Overhaul

Give an existing community a clearer structure and next chapter.

$2,495 one-time project

  • The Community Clarity Audit above, plus an approved restructuring map.
  • Reorganize up to 5 categories, 4 courses and 20 existing lessons or resources.
  • Refresh 3 onboarding/resource posts and deliver a 30-day engagement improvement plan.
  • Check the member journey and provide one 60-minute owner handoff.
  • One consolidated revision round.
Timing & scope details

Planning target: fifteen business days for a review-ready overhaul after complete inputs and an agreed start.

The engagement plan is a document, not a month of moderation or posting. New course production and cross-platform migration are separate. Changes that affect content, access, membership charges or paid benefits need your specific approval.

The audit is included. If you already purchased an audit, your later quote itemizes the additional work without billing a duplicate audit.

04 · Keep it moving

Community Care

Scheduled support for the community you already run.

$595 per agreed monthly period

Up to 6 total service hours. Separate support order. No automatic renewal.

  • One 30-minute planning call and 4 scheduled weekly community checks.
  • Up to 4 client-approved community posts using supplied material.
  • Up to 2 minor existing-resource updates and a short activity/action summary.
  • One consolidated correction round for the four-post batch, within the six-hour allowance.
Service windows & scope details

The six hours include preparation, checks, posting, edits, coordination and reporting. We prioritize tasks and confirm that your material fits before signing. A minor update is a text/link change, not a new lesson, rewritten course or video.

Work happens in agreed weekly windows. Checks can flag questions, broken links, obvious spam and content gaps, with only the moderation actions you authorize. This does not include daily monitoring, member DMs, live chat, emergency response, payment/refund handling, conflicts, events, membership changes or new course production.

You remain responsible for timely member support, safety and urgent decisions between our service windows. We log our work and notify you before the cap; extra work needs approval. No free ongoing moderation, lifetime support or indefinite rollover is included.

Discuss community support

A clear working relationship

YOUR COMMUNITY.
OUR AGREED PART OF THE WORK.

You keep ownership

You own the community and its billing account. Supply approved content and give us the access needed through available team roles. Don't send passwords through the inquiry form.

Platform costs stay separate

Our prices cover agency work. Your Skool subscription, transaction fees, paid integrations and other third-party costs are separate. Check Skool's current pricing before choosing a plan.

A plan for the work

Your service order confirms deliverables, quantities, dates, payment milestones and permissions. Added lessons, extra revisions, migration and new features need a written change order before work starts.

Practical expectations

We commit to the agreed work and professional care. Member growth, engagement, retention, sales and revenue are not guaranteed. Setup and overhaul are separate from ongoing care and our monthly content packages.
