Fruition Creative is a business brand of Fruit Up with Bobby Smith LLC. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website.

Your project inquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, business, service needs, timeframe, optional budget and project description. We use those details to review your request, respond and discuss possible work. Campaign and source labels may accompany your inquiry so we can understand how you found us.

Where the information goes

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Authorized business account administrators can access inquiries. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. See Netlify's privacy policy for information about that service.

Follow-up and marketing

Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond about that request. It does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list. This site does not currently install advertising pixels or a separate audience analytics tracker.

Your choices

Provide only what is needed for your project. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records. To ask about, correct or request deletion of an inquiry, use our project form and choose “Something else,” stating that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Keep a copy of any information you want for your records.
